General

Our thumb and finger guards are worn to help cover fingers in a way that keeps you from being able to grip hairs, eyelashes, and skin, or from scratching, picking, and sucking.

Our thumb and finger guards fit based on average glove sizing. For example, if you wear a medium glove, you will likely fit a medium guard. Be sure to check the specific item size guide for more precise sizing and measurement information.

Please note that all of our items are handmade and may vary slightly in size.

Hand wash and lay flat to dry to keep it from wearing out. You can also wash and dry your guards on a delicate cycle in a garment bag or the mesh bag we send it in. Iron cotton guards on high as needed.

We recommend having at least 3 guards on hand to always have one to wear on wash days.

Although we wish upon wish that there was a cure for BFRBs, there hasn’t been one found yet. We make no claims that our products cure or treat your condition. Our guards do help, however, by keeping you from being able to pull or pick while you’re wearing them.

While our fashion face masks are made from at least two or more layers of 100% premium cotton fabric, handmade masks are not medical grade and not intended to prevent disease transmission or keep you from getting ill. Please refer to the most updated CDC guidelines.

Our face masks are made to fit most teens and adults. Measure from the center of your nose to just under your chin to find your best fit.

Medium measures 6 1/2″ and fits most women and teens. Large measures 7 ¼” and fits most men and larger faces.

You can make your mask fit better by customizing the elastic ear loops. Simply tie a knot in the elastic for a better fit if needed.

100% cotton face masks can be washed and dried in a garment bag on a delicate cycle. All other face masks should be hand washed only.

Shipping & Returns

We don’t accept returns, but you can exchange your thumb or finger guard for a different size. Simply return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of receiving it. Either send it with a note or contact us to let us know what size you need to exchange for.

Due to the personal nature of. face masks, we do not accept returns or offer refunds or exchanges for face masks. Please contact us if you have any issues with your order.

Most of our items currently ship in up to 3 business days. Holiday season (November through December) may take longer. Note that time to ship and delivery time are different. Please refer to the tracking number we emailed you to find your estimated delivery date.

 

Your delivery date is estimated by the shipping carrier (USPS). You can track your order and get a delivery estimate by checking the tracking number emailed to you when we ship your order.
